Welcome to Artisan Workshops. By booking a masterclass through our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

• All workshop slots must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway to guarantee your attendance.
• A booking covers admission, expert instruction, and the use of necessary tools and safety equipment specified on the workshop listing.

2. Liability & Safety

• Many of our workshops involve practical, hands-on craft disciplines (including but not limited to metalwork, woodwork, and hot forging).
• By attending, you acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks. You agree to strictly follow all safety briefings and instructor guidelines.
• Neither Artisan Workshops nor the hosting artisan/venue shall be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during a session.

3. Changes & Cancellations by the Host

If a workshop is cancelled by the host or venue due to unforeseen circumstances or failure to meet minimum required attendee numbers, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% refund.
