Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our artisan hosts must secure venues, source specialized raw materials, and prepare equipment well in advance based on exact booking numbers, we enforce a strict cancellation policy:

• More than 7 days notice: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date, you will receive a full 100% refund.
• Within 7 days of the event: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are strictly non-refundable, as the artisan has already committed resources and materials to your slot.
• No-shows: If you fail to attend a booked session for any reason, your ticket is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
• Ticket Transfers: If you cannot make it, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please notify us via email at least 24 hours before the session starts with the new attendee's details.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process a refund it can take several business days for the amount to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
